Automator
Figma plugin for design system automation: batch naming, styles, constraints, resizing, and token documentation without manual repetitive work.
Automator is a Figma plugin that automates repetitive design system and file maintenance tasks through drag-and-drop automations. UX Engineers and design system owners often maintain large libraries and files; Automator can save many hours on batch renaming layers, applying styles, generating content, and managing naming, constraints, and resizing logic. The plugin supports style generation (e.g. style guides from local styles, color styles from JSON such as Tailwind), token documentation (create docs for Figma Tokens, read token data, generate living documentation layers), and general productivity (frame selections, delete pages, refresh thumbnails). Automations can be created in the plugin and shared via JSON; the automator.community site offers pre-built automations for Design Systems, Styles, Typography, and Icons. Created by Jordan Singer, it supports 100+ actions and edge cases.
